What is your returns policy?
We hope you love your Mia Amore purchase, however, if something's not quite right you've got 14 days to send back your items, price of the return is your responsibility. All we ask is that items meet the following conditions:
-All items are unworn, with all labels still attached.
-Please keep an original package
Please contact us via info@mia-amore.uk.
Once we've processed your return, we'll email you to confirm the return address & provide you with a refund.
You will be refunded the purchase price of your item (including sale stock).
Gift boxes, gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How do I return my item?
The return Period is 14 days after receiving the order.
To start your return, please contact us on info@mia-amore.uk
Specify what items you'd like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!
After our confirmation of the accepting your return, please post it to us (you will receive returning address in our confirmation letter)
Please send us an email to confirm your item has been received and processed (with your trekking number).
The refund (delivery charge) will be done within 14 working days on the card used for the payment of the order.
